I partnered with the Technical Training Team to create videos and interactive eLearning modules that would enhance the learning experience for Field Operations employees.

This sample script is from the Leak Investigation program I developed. The company was in need of formalized training on the process, so I partnered with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to solidify the scripts for the modules in the program.

Involving stakeholder approval early on in script development phase helps meet projected timelines.

Program Goal:

• To equip Field Operations employees with the knowledge and skills necessary for performing a Leak & Odor Investigation according to company standards
